What “shuttle” means here — and what it does not
Most airport shuttles in Ibiza are shared: a coach or a large van that fills up with passengers for several hotels and leaves when it is full. Our shuttle is the opposite. The vehicle is booked for your group alone, it leaves when you reach it, and it drives to your address without collecting anyone else on the way. You pay for the vehicle, not per seat, so a group of seven, eight or twelve travels as one.
This service is designed for pre-booked private group transfers.
How long the shuttle takes from IBZ
- Playa d’en Bossa — about 6 km, around 10 minutes.
- Ibiza Town and the port — about 8 km, around 10 minutes.
- Sant Josep — about 12 km, around 15 minutes.
- San Antonio — about 18 km, around 25 minutes; San Antonio Bay about the same.
- Santa Eulària — about 20 km, 25–30 minutes; Cala Llonga about 20 km, around 30 minutes.

- Portinatx and the north — about 36 km, around 39 minutes.
Times are for a normal day on the island roads; on summer evenings the San Antonio road and the bay road are slower, and the pickup for a return is set with a margin for that.
A shared shuttle and a private shuttle, side by side
- Departure Shared: when the vehicle is full. Private: when your group is in the vehicle.
- Route Shared: several hotels in an order you do not choose. Private: your address, directly.
- Luggage Shared: whatever fits after everyone else. Private: the vehicle is chosen for the bags you declared.

Which vehicle runs your shuttle
A Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 passengers, a Mercedes Vito for up to 8, or a minibus for up to 12. We send the vehicle that fits the passenger and luggage count you give us when you book, so a family with large cases and a pushchair, or a stag group with twelve bags, is not left choosing between people and luggage at the terminal.
Booking the shuttle
One WhatsApp message with the flight number, the number of passengers, the luggage and the address of your hotel or villa. You get a written confirmation with the vehicle and the driver. Book the return in the same message and we hold both slots, day or night, all year.

Your driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals with your name on a sign, so a late landing does not mean a missed pickup.
