What actually happens at IBZ in summer
Ibiza Airport handles the whole island through one terminal. In July and August, several flights land within minutes of each other and the arrivals hall empties into the same taxi rank at the same time.
A group of eight with eight cases does not fit that system. You are split across vehicles, you pay separately, you arrive at different times, and the last two people are still waiting when the first four have checked in.
This service is designed for pre-booked private group transfers, not individual taxi rides.
The vehicle is chosen before you land
- Mercedes V-Class — 7 seats. Seven seats and luggage space, for a family or a small group.
- Mercedes Vito — 8 seats. Eight seats when one more person joins at the last minute.
- Minibus — up to 12 seats. A twelve-seat minibus for a full group arriving together.
We ask for the number of passengers AND the number of large cases when you book, because the two are not the same problem. Pushchairs, golf bags, surfboards and instrument cases are fine when we know about them in advance.
From the aircraft door to the vehicle

Where we take you from the airport
Every part of the island: Ibiza Town and the port in about 10 minutes, Playa d’en Bossa in about 10, Sant Josep in about 15, San Antonio in about 25, Santa Eulalia in about 25 to 30, Es Canar in about 33 and Portinatx in about 39. The times are for normal traffic; in July and August allow a little extra at peak hours.
Going back for your flight home
We set the departure pickup from your real address and the real driving time, plus the check-in window your airline asks for. Early morning departures are the ones we do most. Book the return when you book the arrival and the slot is held.
